Blythe is a licensed personal lines advisor with a focus on life insurance. She joined Mercer Agency in early 2024 following the acquisition of the Colleen Dyer Agency. Like Tom, Blythe felt inspired to take on a new challenge, allowing her to build deeper connections within the community and establish long-term roots.
Before becoming a licensed insurance advisor, Blythe owned and operated Plateau Cookie, a boutique custom cookie company, for over 15 years. During that time, she also raised four talented and driven children: Payton, Perrihan, Lielyn, and Abram. Outside of work, Blythe is actively involved in local youth programs and women’s ministry opportunities.
