A pleasure to work with.

I started out with another Farm Bureau agent named Drew McSkimming. He assured me that he could save me money and I provided him copies of the dec pages for all four of my policies - then I got nothing but excuses, then no responses, and no quotes. After about a month McSkimming unprofessionally ghosted me. So I decided to call the local Farm Bureau office on Mack Avenue which is the Mercer Agency. I was lucky enough to speak to Alisha. She was very pleasant and absolutely wonderful to work with. Alisha took the time to review all of my policies and quote new policies for me with Farm Bureau. She matched coverage for coverage to provide me fair and accurate comparisons. Alisha communicated and followed up throughout the entire process from our initial phone call to quoting to switching to Farm Bureau . She promptly answered all of my questions along the way. I ended up with better coverage and she saved me a bundle. Alisha definitely earned a loyal customer.
